WE AREurope
As part of the European project WE AREurope – Women Empowering, Allying and Reinventing Europe on Stage , led by Théâtre & Réconciliation (Belgium) in partnership with Smashing Times (Ireland) and supported by the Erasmus+ program, a group of women from different backgrounds came together for a week of theatrical creation.
Belgian citizens, European women, women with a migration background, as well as participants from Ireland, explored together their stories, their identities and their relationship to Europe through play, improvisation and collective creation.
The performance you are about to discover is the result of this encounter: a moment of participatory theatre where voices, experiences and perspectives of women on today's Europe intersect.
The performance will be followed by a discussion with the participants and the artistic team .
