Train in the Theater & Reconciliation method
The Theatre & Reconciliation method is a method of creation and staging which offers an original approach to theatre to intervene effectively with vulnerable audiences or those in conflict situations .
Conceived by Frédérique Lecomte , director and author, it addresses themes such as justice, trauma, social cohesion, and migration, in Africa as well as in Europe.
It is used in various contexts, such as prisons, psychiatric hospitals, or with diasporas.
Our training courses, led by Frédérique Lecomte, allow participants to acquire skills in staging, facilitating workshops and strengthening group cohesion, while developing listening skills, empathy and kindness.
The program alternates between practice and theory , with exercises in improvisation, staging, and theatrical analysis.
Each participant will be encouraged to experiment, propose collectively created sketches and receive constructive feedback.
The method is based on the concept of experimental trial and error, allowing participants to learn gradually through trial and error.
Our training courses are open to professionals in the theatre and socio-cultural sector , but also to all those who wish to integrate the Theatre & Reconciliation method as a creative tool but also for social transformation in their practice.
Our training courses do not require any prerequisites.
